Reactive non-extractable antioxidant MC (SF-98) is used for natural rubber and all kinds of compounding rubber. It is a kind of reactive heat-resistant aging, medium extraction, non-migration pollution antioxidant, which can replace 4010NA, 4020 and other antioxidants used in rubber compounds. The dosage and vulcanization conditions are the same as 4010NA antioxidant, generally two parts.

MC is used for natural rubber and all kinds of compounding rubber and it is a kind of reactive heat-resistant aging, medium extraction, non-migration pollution antioxidant, which can replace 4010NA, 4020 and other antioxidants used in rubber compounds. Application

Rubber products: MC produced by Yangchen Tech can be used as an antioxidant for rubber products, especially natural rubber and synthetic rubber products, such as tires, seals, rubber hoses and so on. It can improve the durability and stability of rubber products through cross-linking reaction with polymers in rubber.

 

Polymer coatings: This reactive non-extractable antioxidant antioxidant produced by Yangchen Tech can be used in polymer coatings such as paints, coatings, resin coatings, etc. It can react with the polymer in the coating by cross-linking. It can react with the polymers in the coating to provide good anti-aging properties and weathering resistance, extending the service life of the coating.

 

Adhesives: N-(4-Anilino-phenyl)maleimide manufactured by Yangchen Tech can be used as an antioxidant in adhesives, such as glues, adhesives, etc. It can react with the polymer in the adhesive to provide good anti-aging properties and weathering resistance, extending the service life of the coating. It can cross-link with the polymer in the adhesive to improve bonding strength and durability.

 

High-temperature materials: Due to its high thermal stability, MC manufactured by Yangchen Tech can also be used in high-temperature materials, such as high-temperature adhesives, sealing materials, and electronic encapsulation materials, to provide excellent heat resistance.
