Product Introduction
99.7% N-Phenylmaleimide with good solubility manufactured by Yangchen Tech is used as a heat-resistant modifier in ABS, PVC, PMMA resins and photosensitive materials to improve the heat resistance, impact resistance, and hot melt resistance of the resin properties and processability, etc. When NPMI is added as a comonomer to ABS, the heat distortion temperature can be increased by 2°C; when 10% of NPMI is blended with ABS, the heat-resistant temperature can reach 125-130°C.
N-Phenylmaleimide manufactured by Yangchen Tech is one of the important raw materials for manufacturing high performance plastic products and resins. N-Phenylmaleimide can also be used as a cross-linking agent for polypropylene and polyvinyl chloride, used in the manufacture of adhesives to improve the bonding of metal and rubber. It can also be used as an additive in the manufacture of flame retardant plastics, fungicide, insecticide, rust inhibitor, pharmaceutical intermediates.
