PTNP produced by Yangchen Tech is light yellow viscous liquid or white powder, specific gravity is 0.97-0.995, it can be dissolved in organic solvents such as acetone, toluene, ethanol, etc. It is insoluble in water, stable in storage, non-discoloring, non-polluting and cheap. Application

PTNP manufactured by Yangchen Tech can be used as antioxidant and stabilizer for natural rubber, synthetic rubber and its latex. It can not only improve the heat resistance, oil resistance, cold resistance, anti-scorch of rubber, but also has good compatibility and processing performance. And it is used as plasticizer in PVC and its rubber-plastic materials with good effect. It has been used in tires, hoses, rubber cloth, food glue, colorful transparent glue, PVC products, and all kinds of oil seals.

Usage and dosage

0.5-0.8 parts of TPS-2 is equivalent to 1 part of RD and 1 part of MB in natural rubber; in styrene-butadiene rubber, it is equivalent to 0.5 parts of 4010 and 2 parts of RD; in acrylic rubber, it is equivalent to 1.5 parts of 4010; in maleic rubber, it is equivalent to 1.5 parts of 264.
