NAPM ,also called N-(4-Anilinophenyl)-Methacrylamide is a reactive non-extractable antioxidant ,which has a reactive functional group amide bond non-extractable antioxidant, and can be polymerized with the unsaturated bond in the rubber under the action of the initiator, and can be used to make polystabilized NBR by cross-linking the antioxidant group to the rubber chain segment during the polymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile.

Application
NAPM manufactured by Yangchen Tech is a non-extractable antioxidant with reactive functional group amide bond, which can polymerize with the unsaturated bond in rubber under the action of initiator, and can cross-link the antioxidant group in the rubber chain segment when butadiene and acrylonitrile are polymerized, and can be made into polystable nitrile rubber.
NAPM in vulcanized rubber products by acetone extraction test, measured by ultraviolet spectroscopy, and raw rubber bonding without being extracted.
It has been proved to have good aging resistance after tens of thousands of kilometers of driving on high temperature gravel road in the north of China and humid rain in the south of China.
NAPM produced by Yangchen Tech can be widely used in a variety of rubber, due to the presence of unsaturated bonds, and rubber graft crosslinking to form macromolecules, is not easy to extract, the rubber has anti-aging, heat resistance, media resistance and other characteristics. All kinds of performance is better than 4010, 4020 class antioxidant.
